Downloading Account Documents This option allows you to download the account documents where you can print the documents you need. Upon completing the requested documents you can either fax or mail them in.
Note: Before completing the forms, simply refer to the PFG Account Matrix (page 3 of the Customer Agreement) to determine which forms you will be required to complete. Make sure to keep a copy for your records.

To Wire Funds into Your Account:
Instructions to wire funds to your futures trading account at Brewer Futures Group. Your funds will be held at IKON, Brewer Futures Group's clearing firm.

* NOTE : IKON will refuse any wire or certified check if your bank does not submit a remitter/originator name on the incoming wire or certified check. Also, the money must be from the trading account holder(s) only (i.e., no money from a personal account for corporate account or vice versa).
To Deposit Funds Into Your Account With a Check:
• Check must be made payable to : IKON
• Also, the check must be from the account holder(s) only (i.e., no personal checks for corporate accounts or corporate checks for personal accounts).
• Send only personal checks or certified checks; do not send money orders, cashier's checks or third-party checks.
• All certified checks must have the remitter name filled-in by the bank ( same name as on account) or IKON will send the check back.

Open an Account Procedures Important Information about procedures for opening a new acccount:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Please include the following upon submission of these account forms:
For Non- U.S. Persons:
A copy of a passport, driver's license, valid government issued ID card or similar documents. You must include at least one document with a number and your signature.
For entities such as Corporations or Partnerships:
Articles of incorporation, good standing certificates, partnership agreements, business licenses or similar documents.
